Last updated: July 6, 2026. These terms govern access to Spacient, Ecoset websites, demos, project workflows, device catalog workflows, support, sales conversations, installation coordination, commerce direction, and related services.
Ecoset is not yet registered as a formal legal entity. These terms must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel and updated with the final legal entity name, registered address, jurisdiction, tax/payment terms, and dispute venue before commercial launch.
By accessing Spacient, requesting a demo, submitting project information, contacting Ecoset, or using related services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, contractor, client, property owner, developer, landlord, or organization, you represent that you have authority to provide information and bind that organization where applicable.
Spacient helps plan smart-space transformations by organizing client intake, site information, floor plans, device catalog data, planning notes, device selections, project status, and proposal support materials. It includes real planning and scoring foundations, but calibration and commercial rollout are still maturing. You should verify all outputs before relying on them.
Users may need an account to access Spacient. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, workspace access, authorized handling of client/site/floor-plan data, and prompt notice of suspected unauthorized access. Ecoset may suspend or restrict access where there is security, legal, operational, or terms risk.
You retain ownership of information, files, notes, floor plans, project details, client intake data, site survey data, device selections, annotations, and other content you submit. You grant Ecoset a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, copy, and use that data as needed to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve Spacient and related services. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
You may not use Spacient or Ecoset services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or unsafe purposes; upload malicious code; bypass security or tenant scoping; access another user's data without authorization; overload the service; misrepresent prototype or draft outputs as final recommendations; or use the service in violation of manufacturer terms, app ecosystem terms, privacy laws, consumer laws, building codes, electrical codes, fire codes, accessibility laws, or property restrictions.
Spacient outputs are planning aids. They are not a substitute for licensed electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, security, accessibility, architectural, engineering, building-code, permit, landlord, insurance, utility, warranty, or manufacturer review. Verify device compatibility, site conditions, safety, installation requirements, and compliance before buying or installing hardware.
Spacient may include automated or rules-based features for plan generation, scoring, summarization, routing, and support. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a property or client. Human review is required.
Device catalog and Shop information may include product names, SKUs, manufacturer data, compatibility signals, pricing, stock, subscriptions, app requirements, links, and research notes. This information may be incomplete, stale, manually entered, imported, or based on third-party sources. You must verify current availability, prices, taxes, shipping, compatibility, warranties, recalls, and support status.
If Ecoset provides or coordinates installation, distribution, smart building, smart integration, smart automation, or construction support, the work should be governed by a separate quote, statement of work, invoice, project agreement, or written acceptance. Qualified trade work must be performed or reviewed by properly qualified people where required.
Subscription tiers, Shop offers, installation fees, and service pricing may change. A public page is not a final order unless an active checkout, invoice, order form, quote, or signed agreement says so. If paid services are enabled, you agree to pay fees shown at checkout or in written agreement, plus applicable taxes, duties, transaction fees, or third-party charges.
Spacient may include beta, demo, prototype, preview, local-only, bypass-auth, or placeholder features. These may be incomplete, unavailable, reset, removed, or changed without notice. Spacient may depend on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, billing, manufacturer systems, device ecosystems, and APIs.
Ecoset and its licensors retain rights in Spacient, including software, designs, interfaces, workflows, documentation, branding, templates, and service materials, except for Customer Data. Feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, and feature requests may be used by Ecoset without restriction or compensation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacient and related services are provided as is and as available. Ecoset does not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete device data, final recommendation accuracy, compatibility, safety, code compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability limits must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
